1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Services
Scope, timelines, deliverables and fees for each project are set out in a separate proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
3. Payments
Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. Work may be paused on overdue accounts. All fees are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes.
4. Intellectual property
Website content, branding and our pre-existing tools remain the property of Eeggaa Private Limited. Ownership of custom project deliverables passes to the client as set out in the project agreement, after full payment.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
